Delivery costs UK (to one address)
For orders consisting of reward stickers, bookmarks or door hangers delivery is £3.00.

Delivery is FREE for all UK Mainland orders over £149 + VAT.

For UK Mainlands orders under £149 + VAT delivery is £5.

For large and bulky items delivered to: Isle of Wight prices is £17, Highlands and Islands £27. For small items despatched via Royal Mail to Isle of Wight and Highland and Island, delivery is £5.

Normal delivery
Normal delivery is approximately ten days. Some items may take up to 28 days.

Returns policy
If there is a problem with any part of your order, please inform us within 7 days of receipt.

By law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase of a product within fourteen working days of the day after the date the item was delivered to you. To cancel your purchase you must package the item securely and send it back to us in good order with a covering letter saying you wish to cancel the purchase. The item should be received by us at our address above within fourteen working days.
